Commissioner Collins, veteran law enforcement officer, fifty years old, from the city of Novopolis, in Great America. He does not agree with the system that he has had to live, but he has no choice but to abide by the laws, or Code Lex, which imposes on the entire world population the Supreme Leader who oppresses the States Survivors to the Third World War. When finding the time capsule, which will reveal how the current situation in which the planet lives could be avoided, it makes the decision to collaborate to correct the past and erase the present.
